The Kelvin Apartments are ideally located in Irvine, just off of the I-405 San Diego Freeway, making it easy to get anywhere in Southern California. The Metrolink Orange Line makes two stops in Irvine for a quick ride up to Los Angeles or down to San Diego. Irvine was originally a planned community, as evidenced by its many community and city parks. The Orange County Great Park, on the former El Toro Marine Base, has great family attractions like a hot air balloon park.
